The college has evolved its coordinating mechanisms over its 11 years existence in conformity with guidelines of NCTE, the State Government and the Tamilnadu Teachers Education University. The phenomenal expansion of the college, in terms of quality, has inculcated a reputation in the minds of the community . The college has tried to shoulder these with the help of appropriate modifications and systems, and by infusion of new technology. The administrative office is now fully computerized, and the college constantly updates its hardware and software in order to streamline the system. The Managing Board consists of eminent individuals occupying leading positions in industry and society.
