Community Based Engagement and Skill Development Camp
IQAC had organized 14th Community Based Engagement and Skill Development Camp from 9th July 2019 to 12th July 2019. The chief Guest was Shri. Ramesh Rishi ji ,”Guru from Maharishi Maha Yoga Centre” . Our College Correspondent Shri. Vikas Surana ji honored the Yogic Trainer Ramesh Rishi with a Shawl & Momento. The Chief Guest shared his own experiences regarding Yoga & Meditation in keynote address followed by Practical Sessions in Yoga & Meditation.
On 9th July our students were taught Aasanas such as Vajrasana and Vajmudrasana which are helpful for good Digestion, Strengthening the Pelvic Muscles and Cures lower back problems. Then Rishiji taught Kiriya which is a breathing exercise which will be helpful for clear our Respiratory tract and Lungs.
On 10th July Pachi Mothasana and Padmasana’s were taught which are helpful for improving Concentration and acts as a therapeutic for Depression and anxiety & to relax our body.
On 11th July Vaj Kriyasana, Machiasana & Thaichi were taught which were useful to increase blood circulation, Memory Power and to clear stomach disorder. This was followed by Meditation.
On 12th July Vibareetha Karini were taught newly. All the aasanas were done by our student teachers, followed by Kiriya & Meditation.
After there Masters of Martial Arts had performed wonderful Martial arts like Karate, Aikido, Gymnastics, Kendo etc..
Finally the Camp ended with Valedictory Session in which our B.Ed Student Teachers gave an exemplary feedback which was followed by honoring the team.
